A woman accused of murdering a 25-year-old inside of a Tulsa apartment reportedly told witnesses she shot the victim because she “snitched.”
Chiquita Bianca Bulger, 23, was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint after a shooting at the Addison Apartments, 10114 E. Admiral Blvd., around 7:30 p.m.
