A man accused of biting his 1-year-old daughter on the cheek is facing a felony child abuse charge, court records show.
Jesus A. Escobedo, 22, of Oklahoma City, was charged Tuesday in Oklahoma County District Court with child abuse.
Escobedo, also known as Ramiro Morales, is accused of assaulting the child Feb.
