A New Jersey man is accused of exposing himself to passing motorists in southwest Oklahoma City, police report.
Lawton Levon Lowe, 41, of Newark, N.J., was arrested Monday on a public indecency complaint.
Police were told a man in the area of SW 3 and S Western Avenue was exposing himself to passing motorists while waving at them, according to the incident report.
An officer found Lowe walking toward Interstate 40 on S Western, facing oncoming northbound traffic.
