STILLWATER — A hearing is scheduled in Stillwater for a former Oklahoma State University student charged sexual battery of fellow students.
Nathan Cochran is due in Payne County District Court Monday morning in the case that alleges he molested other students as they slept in dorm rooms.
He has pleaded not guilty.
OSU officials were criticized for not notifying police when they learned of the allegations in November.
