Two men were arrested Tuesday after leading law officers on a high-speed chase in northwest Oklahoma City that also prompted officials to lock down three area schools.
Jason Annesley, 37, identified as the driver, and Chad Moudy, 20, a passenger, were arrested after the chase ended about 3:30 p.m., Oklahoma City police Master Sgt.
