A convicted sex offender in state custody will be arraigned Tuesday in a new sex abuse case.Gregory Paul McNeal, 35, is accused of sexually abusing a boy in 2007 or 2008 when the boy would have been 7 or 8 years old, court records show.
McNeal, who is related to the child, allegedly performed oral sex on the boy before making the boy perform the same act on him, according to a police affidavit.
