MIDWEST CITY — A man walking around naked was arrested after 30 people called 911 Tuesday morning, police said.
Carlton Bell, 21, was arrested on an indecent exposure complaint and a municipal warrant.
Midwest City police received about 30 calls to 911 about 7:30 a.m.
