A man on probation for assault is accused of punching his girlfriend and her 10-year-old daughter who tried to intervene, court records show.
Gary Lee West, 36, of Oklahoma City, was charged Thursday in Oklahoma County District Court with four felonies, including domestic abuse and assault and battery, records show.
