Police said a Tulsa man led officers on a high-speed chase down Riverside Drive Sunday, crashing into cars and firing a weapon into apartments before running through River Spirit Casino with a shotgun.
Officers arrested Joseph David Giroux, 36, on the floor of the casino after a nearly hour-long string of events that started with an attempted abduction, according to Giroux’s arrest report.
