A man was arrested after children reported he was running around naked at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex and showed them his penis, police said.
Cody Dane Coachman, 20, was arrested Monday on complaints of lewd acts with a child under 16 and indecent exposure.
Police were called to the 3200 block of SW 74 about 6:55 p.m.
