NORMAN — A Norman man accused of killing a 23-month-old girl admitted to investigators that he threw her in the air and kicked her in the head with a steel-toed boot, according to a court affidavit filed Thursday.
Jeremy Robert Howard, 25, is charged in Cleveland County District Court with first-degree murder in the April 11 death of Kiyla Houser.
