LAWTON — Authorities in Oklahoma say a murder suspect who's been on the run since a brazen jail escape with eight other inmates in 1999 has turned himself in.
David Lee Kemp was the only inmate to elude capture after escaping the Comanche County jail on March 11, 1999.
