An Oklahoma County sheriff's deputy arrested a man on drug and firearm complaints while investigating an unrelated incident Saturday in Oklahoma City.
The deputy approached Michael Estevez, 21, to ask if he had witnessed the incident and noticed a small semi-automatic firearm in the center dash console of Estevez's car, according to a news release the sheriff's office issued Tuesday.
In a search of the vehicle, the deputy discovered the firearm was loaded and recovered a second loaded magazine.
