Oklahoma City police arrested man accused of masturbating in his car at a Walmart parking lot Wednesday.
Joe Dale Dunlap, 44, was arrested on two complaints of indecent exposure, according to a police report.
Employees at the Walmart at 100 E Interstate 240 Service Road told police they saw a man masturbating.
