BARTLESVILLE — An 18-year-old Bartlesville man accused of plotting a school shooting has been found competent to stand trial.
Sammie Eaglebear Chavez is set for a formal arraignment Wednesday on charges of planning, attempting or conspiring to perform an act of violence.
