Investigators serving a search warrant on a residence in Oklahoma City found prescription pills, propane and butane canisters, lighters and drug paraphernalia within reach of a 4-year-old and a 10-month-old, court records show.
Weston Guinn, 26, and Stephanie Barnes, 20, both of Oklahoma City, are accused of manufacturing fraudulent prescriptions and driver's licenses.
