An Oklahoma City man was arrested on a murder complaint in the April 20 stabbing death of Casey Wright, according to a news release from the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Department.
Harry Garcia Jr., 29, was arrested Friday at an apartment complex in the 5700 block of S Agnew.
