Pauls Valley police investigating a homicide

PAULS VALLEY — Police found the body of man near a creek bed early Tuesday and are investigating the death as a homicide, the police chief said.

Officers searching the Rush Creek area after they received a call about a fight found the body of Jerry Lytle, 22, of Maysville, about 5 a.m., Police Chief Mitch McGill said.

McGill said the fight involved multiple people and investigators are interviewing suspects.
