A man once suspected in the dismemberment killing of a 19-year-old Mustang woman was arrested this week after the car he was driving was reported stolen, court records show.
Luis Enrique Ruiz, 38, of Oklahoma City, was arrested Monday on eastbound Interstate 44 just south of NW 23 Street, according to a probable cause affidavit.
He was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and released Tuesday after posting $2,000 bail, records show.
The car Ruiz was driving was reported stolen out of Knoxville, Tenn., police reported.
