Two men accused of killing an acquaintance and setting fire to his house will face trial, a judge ruled Wednesday after listening to several hours of testimony from a woman who described how the men mocked their victim.
The witness, Alice Houston, also said she saw the word “snitch” carved into the chest of Gary Scheetz after pulling up his shirt at the request of co-defendant Stephen Laurent Segar.
“Stephen said, ‘Look what I did,'” Houston testified.
