Prosecutors have filed first-degree murder, arson and burglary charges against a couple in the April 28 death of a 7-year-old boy left home alone.
Lorese Paulina Cruz, 26, and Julio Cesar Nevarez, 19, both of Oklahoma City, were charged late Tuesday in Oklahoma County District Court, records show.
Adrian Roberto Avalos, 7, was found in the house at 2533 SW 51 when firefighters were called about 11:50 p.m.
