— A suspended Northeast Oklahoma A&M football player was ordered to serve six months in the Ottawa County jail in the kidnapping and robbery of a Miami man and woman, a prosecutor said Wednesday.

Christopher Lamont Carter, 19, of Oklahoma City, entered a blind plea Friday to robbery with a firearm and extortion by kidnapping, said Becky Baird, assistant district attorney.
