A Harrah woman accused of starving one horse to death and nearly starving a second one will face trial on felony animal cruelty charges, a judge ruled Wednesday.
The attorney for Billie Deann Vandergriff argued that Vandergriff, 50, did not intend to neglect either horse but could not afford to buy food for the animals.
