A body was found Friday evening next to a garbage bin in a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex, police said.
A resident told police he saw a blue sleeping bag at Meadow Park Apartments, 1105½ W Interstate 240 Service Road, on Friday morning before he left for work.
Resident Steve Hayeslip called police when he noticed the bag had been undisturbed since that morning and saw what he thought was blood on a bag nearby.
