A peeping Tom charge was filed Thursday against a Tulsa man accused of spying on a woman and her daughter while underneath a park toilet.
Kenneth Webster Enlow, 52, was charged in Tulsa County District Court with a single peeping Tom count, court filings show.
The charge alleges that Enlow watched a woman and her 7-year-old daughter as he was sitting beneath a White Water Park outhouse near the Keystone Dam just west of Sand Springs Sunday.
