GUTHRIE (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a 49-year-old man who portrays Santa at area schools has been arrested for alleged lewd proposals to a child.
The OSBI says Wiley Gene Davis was arrested following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
