A Yukon woman was arrested after police found her two children unattended in her car while she shopped at a cosmetics store, according to a police report released Monday.
Oklahoma City police found the 3-year-old twins Saturday afternoon inside a vehicle parked in front of ULTA Beauty, 6417 SW 3.
