A rape suspect was arrested when he walked into a restaurant where the victim was being interviewed by an Oklahoma City police officer shortly after she was raped.
Robert M. Mcneal, 48, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on complaints of rape and robbery, according to a police report released Wednesday.
The victim told police she was about to enter the family restroom at the Union Bus Station, 427 W Sheridan Ave., when Mcneal told her it was out of order.
