Nearly three months after a 7-year-old boy who was left home alone died in a house fire, prosecutors Monday charged his mother and her live-in boyfriend with felony child neglect.
Noemi Lopez, 24, and Antonio DeJesus Guillen, 27, are accused of leaving Adrian Roberto Avalos by himself while they went to a bar.
Roberto was found in the house at 2533 SW 51 when firefighters were called about 11:50 p.m.
