A former Chandler attorney is now facing a total of 10 criminal charges that accuse him of embezzling more than $475,000 from clients, stealing cattle and harboring a fugitive.
The latest charges against Craig S. Key, 48, came Thursday when the state's multicounty grand jury indicted him four more times.
One of the new indictments accuses him of embezzling $93,105 in insurance money intended for a baby girl, Layla Gourley, whose parents were killed in a 2007 traffic collision near Hinton.
Strapped into her car seat, Layla suffered only a minor cut in the accident.
