A veteran Oklahoma City defense attorney who tested positive for alcohol use is wanted by authorities in Creek County for violating his probation in a 2011 case, court records show.
John Thomas Hall, 66, pleaded guilty in November to driving under the influence and three other misdemeanor charges and received a 2-year deferred sentence, records show.
Hall's blood alcohol content was 0.22, Creek County prosecutors said.
Hall was on probation when he tested positive for alcohol use in Oklahoma County on Sept.
