A one-time Norman resident with a lengthy state prison record going back more than 20 years received the maximum sentence Wednesday for robbing a Norman credit union earlier this year.
Leonardo Lamar Parks, 52, said he was “a decent kid,” but admitted he had spent most of his adult life afoul of the law.
