An Oklahoma City man, one of six charged in connection with a string of armed bank robberies earlier this year in the Oklahoma City area, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a bank robbery charge.
Michael Deon Lewis told Chief U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange that he had a firearm when he entered the IBC Bank, 901 SW 19 in Moore, and demanded a teller put money in a bag.
Then, he said, he went about his day.
Sentencing for Lewis, 27, will be later.
