Charges were filed Wednesday in the Aug. 14 fatal shooting at the Lincoln Inn Express Hotel and Suites.
Albert McCloud III, 20, and Deveon Eugene McCloud, 17, were each charged with murder and attempted robbery with a firearm.
Albert McCloud III surrendered in the homicide of Blayke Ladd, 21, police Master Sgt.
