Six law enforcement agencies, including the Oklahoma City and Tulsa police departments, will receive grants from Attorney General Scott Pruitt's Safe Oklahoma program to help reduce violent crime in the state, officials said.
The other agencies awarded grants were the Lawton and Ada police departments and the Oklahoma County and Tulsa County sheriff's departments.
The grants awarded were:
• Oklahoma City, $750,000.
