An Oklahoma City man was arrested after investigators learned he had been downloading child pornography for the past 10 years, authorities reported Friday.
Christopher James Malbrough, 33 of Oklahoma City, was arrested on complaints of possession and distribution of child pornography Wednesday at his home in northwest Oklahoma City.
Canadian County sheriff's deputies and Oklahoma City police executed a search warrant at Malbrough's house and recovered a computer containing images of children as young as 6 being sexually victimized by adults, Undersheriff Chris West said.
Malbrough told investigators he had been downloading porn at a rate of 100 images per week for the past 10 years, but said he never had sexually abused children, West said.
Malbrough was booked into the Oklahoma County jail with bail set at $20,000.
