The Tulsa Police Department has released 911 recordings previously denied to the Tulsa World by the city’s legal department.
“The entire issue over the 911 call involving the Oklahoma Highway Patrol shooting has become a tempest in a teapot,” said Chief Chuck Jordan in a media statement Friday afternoon.
