Getting on Facebook may have cost an Oklahoma City man his life.
Police reported the man was fatally shot after making a comment on Facebook about a young woman's swimsuit.
The woman's boyfriend is accused in the killing.
“This is a perfect example of some of the ridiculous reasons people kill for,” Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said.
Early July 12, Edmond James Tyree, 48, wrote “damm” on Facebook, misspelling his compliment about the woman's photo.
Five days later, a gunman killed Tyree inside his apartment.
