A man was hit by a bullet that penetrated an apartment wall in northwest Oklahoma City early Friday, police said.
Anthony Clark, 58, was inside his apartment in the 2300 block of NW 22 shortly after midnight when he heard yelling in an apartment next to his and a gun was fired.
