
The Tulsa World reports that a Tulsa County sheriff’s deputy responding to a wreck fired his gun at a man who attempted to grab the weapon Tuesday night.
Deputies found a white SUV, which had wrecked near 1900 E. Pine St., after a pedestrian reported the vehicle had nearly hit her around 8 p.m., authorities said.
When the first deputy arrived, 24-year-old Vincent Robert Gerace a passenger in the SUV, ran toward the patrol car in "an aggressive and irate manner," said Maj.
