Tulsa police believe a man charged with first-degree murder in November is residing in Oklahoma City to elude authorities.
Laron Tucker, 33, is accused in court documents of being one of four men involved in the fatal shooting of Kendall Eugene Austin, 23, of Tulsa in the 5000 block of South 36th West Avenue.
Austin, who was Tulsa's 50th homicide of 2013, was killed Oct.
