McALESTER — Criminal charges have been filed against a supervisor at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant who is accused of secretly placing a camera in a women's restroom at the federal facility.
Kenneth Wayde Elkins, 55, was charged in federal court with three counts of video voyeurism, two counts of recording obscenity and two counts of using electronic equipment in a clandestine manner, the U.S. Attorney's office in Muskogee said Wednesday.
Elkins is accused of using the hidden camera between July 1 and Aug.
