An Oklahoma City man accused of robbing a jewelry store at gunpoint was arrested Friday, police said.
Oklahoma City police arrested Richard Todd Mitchell, 50, Friday morning on complaints of conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery with a firearm and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
