Convicted murderer in Oklahoma City pharmacy case faces firearms charge

Convicted murderer Jevontai Ingram was charged with illegal possession of a firearm after police reported he admitted firing a gun during a shoot-out at an apartment complex in Moore.

Police report the shoot-out was gang-related.

Ingram is the drugstore robber who spent three years in custody after pharmacist Jerome Ersland fatally shot his unarmed accomplice in 2009.
