An Oklahoma City man was arrested on complaints of trespassing after witnesses and police said he placed chicken feet at a business and threatened to burn the place down.
Police received a call Tuesday afternoon from Mark Carter, 50, complaining that he had been assaulted by an off-duty police officer.
When police arrived at the nail salon where Carter was, the salon owner told them Carter had been hanging around the business all week and had been asked to leave several times.
The owner told police Carter placed a chicken foot on her table and a chicken foot on her car.
