Former Del City police Capt. Randy Trent Harrison was sentenced Wednesday to four years in prison for fatally shooting an unarmed 18-year-old man following a 2012 police pursuit.
Harrison, 48, has been in the Oklahoma County jail since his first-degree manslaughter conviction in November.
District Judge Donald Deason went against the presentencing report recommendation that Harrison be given probation.
