A hearing is scheduled for two Oklahoma death row inmates who are asking for a temporary restraining order to halt their executions pending the outcome of their lawsuit against the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
Clayton Lockett and Charles Warner are suing for details about the drugs that will be used in their executions.
The hearing before District Judge Patricia Parrish is set for Tuesday in Oklahoma County District Court.
Lockett is to be executed March 20 for the 1999 shooting death of a 19-year-old Perry woman.
