A former longtime agent at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been accused of stealing test answers from two computers and attempting to cover up his theft.
Former Special Agent Jerry Raymond Cusic, 62, was charged Monday with two felony computer crime counts and one misdemeanor count of destroying evidence.
The charges were filed in Oklahoma County District Court.
“Integrity is one of the core values embraced by the OSBI, so we were extremely disappointed when it was discovered one of our investigators had violated the law.
