A man was arrested Monday with more than 36 pounds of marijuana in his car, Oklahoma City police said.
Police stopped Wilburn Standridge, 41, of Nashville, Tenn., on a traffic violation at Interstate 40 and Rockwell Avenue.
According to a police report, “suspicious circumstances” led an officer to search Standridge’s car.
