A former Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent still has a law enforcement job with another state agency, even though he was charged with computer crimes Monday.
Jerry Raymond Cusic, 62, is a law enforcement agent for the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, the commission’s attorney, Mary Ann Roberts, said Wednesday.
Cusic was hired by the commission in November, she said.
